Today is "Cherry Pie Day"



In honor of "Cherry Pie Day", here is my version of cherry pie recipe.



CHERRY TOPPED EASY PIE

Graham crackers
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
2 c. cold milk
1 c. Cool Whip
1 can cherry pie filling

Line 9 inch square pan with crackers. Combine pudding mix and milk in mixer until well blended. (2 minutes). Let stand 5 minutes. Blend in Cool Whip. Spread half pudding mixture on crackers. Add another layer of crackers and remaining pudding. Top with cherry pie filling. Chill 3 hours
