Today is........

Today is National Crown Roast of Pork Day..... well... I have never cooked nor can I afford a crown roast... so I just cooked a roast. A delicious roast! I saw this recipe on someone's Menu Monday last week and forgot to write down who it belongs to, so if it's yours please comment so I can give you credit.

Slow Cooker Roast

1 pork roast
1 bottle Catalina french dressing
1 onion, chopped

Brown roast ( I did not do this, as you know, I am forgetful) and it turned out fine.
Place in slow cooker.
Pour dressing over roast and add onion.
Cook on low til done ( about 4-5 hrs)
