This is one of the best eye creams I have tried. Having used the Best Eye Cream for a few weeks now, I am starting to notice that some of my fine lines around my eyes are less noticeable. Hubby noticed it also, so it must be working! After washing your face, simply put a small amount around the eye area making sure not to get it in your eyes of course. My skin felt so smooth after applying the stem cell rich cream. I don't sleep much and always have puffy eyes, and this has really helpe with that also.
